Tracy did a masterful job navigating our transaction. For those properties within in our LLC (I.e., our rental properties) we typically utilize our attorney. However, because we were selling to friends we wanted an experienced realtor in the mix for 'separation' and keeping it professional instead of personally. The buyer's agent was very nice but seemed a little inexperienced. Tracy and Shorewest brought this transaction to closure in record time. Lots of ups and downs and misinformation from buyers (said they had a FHA loan instead of conventional) but Tracy kept everything on track. We will use Tracy and Shorewest for all of our transactions going forward!

Tracy is the best! We had a situation where a buyer fell through and she worked tirelessly to fix the situation while on vacation from Hawaii. We love her! If we ever find ourselves moving back to the area, she'll be our first call. She also knows everyone in town, so is a great resource for local recommendations. Whether you need housework or a new restaurant, she'll be able to point you in the right direction.
